I provide a complimentary 15-Minute consultation to anyone who needs a bit more information on my services. This same consultation will be scheduled with anyone who invests in a package for their little one (excluding Newborn and Q&A packages).
Q & A
Have just a few questions? I'd love to provide you with some guidance!
When you purchase this package, you will be prompted to fill out a brief questionnaire about your little one. The more information I can receive, the better! This will enable me to better answer your questions.
Once your questionnaire is complete, you'll be prompted to provide me with 3 questions that you're looking to have answered. I will customize these answers and send them back within 48 business hours.

Package does not include 15 minute consultation unless requested.
One-on-One
As a relative term, select this service if you (and others involved in the care of your little one) would like to chat through current sleep habits, scheduling concerns, other challenges, or to make sure you're on track!
When you purchase this package, you will be prompted to fill out a brief questionnaire about your little one. The more information I can receive, the better! This will enable me to better answer your questions.
During the call, I'll guide you and provide tips to confidently push through the situations that brought you here. Up to 45 minutes.
Investment: $135
Applicable toward future Sleeping Solo or Allow Me package for the same little one, if purchased.
Sleeping Solo
With this investment in your little one, I'll work with you to fully customize a healthy sleep plan based on your child's needs and family values. I'll be there to support you for 2 days to ensure you're on the right track! Package includes:

Applicable toward future Allow Me package for the same little one, if purchased.
Allow Me
With this investment in your little one, I'll work with you to fully customize a healthy sleep plan based on your child's needs and family values. I'll be there to support you 100%, for 2 full weeks! Package includes:
